How to Apply

We are glad you are interested in a position as part of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital team. If you are already a Newton-Wellesley Hospital employee, log into PeopleSoft with your username and password to apply internally for a position.

If you are not a current Newton-Wellesley Hospital employee, start by reviewing our instructions for external applicants. Next, visit our Job Opportunities page and follow these steps to proceed:

• Click on the “Sign In” link in the top-right corner of the page.
• If this is your first time applying for a job with us, click the “Click here to Create a New Account” button. If you have created an account to apply for a previous position, log in with your username and password.
• Search for a job or multiple jobs that best match your interests and experience. You can narrow your search with keywords, particular job fields, by location, etc., by using the on-page options.
• You can apply for a position directly from the search results page with the “Apply” button, or you can apply from within each individual position’s descriptions page with the “Apply Now” button. You can also add multiple jobs to your Job Cart with the “Add to My Job Cart” button.
• Complete your online application. If you have a resume, you can upload it or copy and paste the text into your profile. If you do not have a resume, you will need to add your education and work experience to your application. If you have applied for a previous position, you can use an existing resume.
• Click the “Submit” button once you have completed your application. You can also save your application as a draft and complete it later. If you have successfully completed all steps, you will receive a message that notifies you of your successful submission, along with an email that confirms our receipt of your application.

Tips for Applying Online

These suggestions can help you have a smoother experience when applying for a position on our team:

• Our system has a timeout period of 20 minutes.
• Use the links on the page to navigate within search results, job listings, etc. Pressing the “Enter” key will not work. Do not use the “Back” button in your web browser.
• We will store your application in our PeopleSoft system. You can use your application to apply for future positions and update your information as needed.
• If you have technical issues or questions with the job-application process, email us.

Because of the high number of applications we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who best match the requirements of our positions. Please view the status of the position you are interested in and update your profile when appropriate (e.g., new work/professional experience, etc.).
