“The whole experience from first visit to surgery was wonderful. All the good things I had heard were absolutely true.” — grateful patient
When you become a patient of the Kaplan Joint Center, you are cared for by a team of medical professionals, each contributing something unique to your treatment.
We tend to every detail of your care, beginning with your initial consultation through the preoperative period, then surgery and rehabilitation. Our administrative staff members assist with coordinating appointments based on your schedule and help answer questions about insurance. We also assess and coordinate each patient’s individual needs, including:
The Joint Center offers local patients outpatient physical therapy at our state-of-the-art facility. We partner with several high-quality rehabilitation facilities in the region for the benefit of patients who live out of the area to ensure they receive top-quality post-surgical care as well. Our research team collects and analyzes data on every surgery we perform as part of our effort to constantly improve outcomes.

The Joint Center works closely with other hospital departments, including:
Patients undergoing surgery attend a pre-operative class taught by our nurse educator to thoroughly prepare them and their family for their procedure and recovery.
